On March 14, our clocks spring an hour forward for Daylight Savings Time which means longer sun filled days! And if you’re a baseball fan, spring training is in full swing (pardon the pun) in our backyard!
Although our Annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade and Festival has been postponed for safety reasons, there are still many ways to celebrate and become “Irish For the Day.” Check with local restaurants for St.
Patrick’s Day specials and be sure to make reservations! For more information on creative ways to celebrate check out Delray Under $50.
Our City Person this month is Amanda Perna. This amazing and creative woman is a clothing designer that volunteers her time and designs for many charities in Delray Beach, as well as co-hosting a weekly Facebook Live show called Delray Beach Live. Her personality and energy are as vibrant as her designs. Read about Amanda, her accomplishments, and all she does for our community in our regular feature City People.
