If your little one would prefer to meander with Dorothy on the Yellow Brick Road she can do that in colorful Mary Jane’s with novelty star adornment. To co-owner Amanda Perna it is. This “Project Runway” finalist has her fashion imprint all over Delray Beach and beyond. She is a designer, creative powerhouse and owner of a ladies’ boutique called House of Perna.
Perna is known for her bejeweled headbands, designer dresses and sportswear – and her ability to make something extraordinary out of the ordinary. Life is in technicolor when around Perna.
Her partner in this wildly successful children’s boutique is Skye Dyer. Known for her singing career, fashion savvy, and kind countenance, Dyer could talk a monkey down from a tree.
Both women have a talent for curating a boutique that brings out the best in parents, kids and those who adore them.

A Little Wyld’s goal is to take parents (and kids) on a fantastical journey.
There are boys denim jackets that say “Champ” on one side and “NY” on the other. A green knit T-shirt says “Goal Getter” on the back and has a soccer ball on the front.
One thing that Perna and Dyer know is that finding unique clothing for boys is not for the faint of heart. Very rarely are boys’ clothing as sophisticated and fun as little girls. That’s why they have a T-shirt with a turquoise pit bull on a skateboard and designer-in-spired knit sportswear.

Both Perna and Dyer are mothers and know how hectic life can be. That’s why they have curated a terrific website so you can order items online if that suits your lifestyle and timeline.
They also know the importance of giving children toys and craft items that inspire their creativity and ingenuity. There are Magna-Tiles Builders that give kids a chance to be pint size contractors and scale their budding dreams. These magnetic tiles can create puppy parks, cars, a crane or a castle. The book section is plentiful (and impressive) and lunch boxes and tiny totes are awash in colorful hues.
For the budding movie director there is an inflatable Barbie Bowling Set, and an arts and crafts section. The coloring books and space trivia games are the perfect antidote to boredom. And their whimsical slippers and stuffed animals will mystify your little ones.
