Amy grew up in Pikesville, a small town outside Baltimore, and spent much of her time at her family’s vacation home in Boca Raton. She attended Tulane University before finishing her degree at the University of Maryland. Noreen, on the other hand, was raised across the globe — born in Milwaukee but calling places like Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and South America home. She later attended Georgia State University and the University of New Orleans. This diverse background gave them a broad perspective, strong adaptability, and an innate ability to connect with people from all walks of life — skills that now serve them well in real estate.
Their journey together began in the fast-paced world of sales and marketing at MCI Telecommunications in the ‘90s. When corporate shifts led them down different paths, Amy found her passion in title insurance and real estate, while Noreen dedicated time to raising her children before returning to the professional world. A move back to Florida set the stage for their next chapter, and a decade ago, the Amy & Noreen Team was born.

Their advice to other business partners? Don’t forget to slow down and be there for each other. “It’s easy to get caught up in the hustle, but taking time for personal and professional reflection is key.” Balancing business and personal time remains a challenge, as their demanding schedules no longer allow them to travel together, but it’s a work in progress Amy and Noreen are committed to improving. They continue to evolve, ensuring that their success never comes at the cost of what matters most — family, friendship, and making a difference.
