December has arrived—and I can hardly believe how quickly this year has flown by. Here we are in the final month of 2025, and it feels as though I only just wrote last December’s Editor’s Letter reminiscing that it was 25 years since we left 1999. How time flies, it’s a little scary!
I’ve recently discovered a delightful fun date on our annual calendar. Perfect for those who struggle with indecision: Make Up Your Mind Day, celebrated on 31st December. This day is all about embracing decisiveness, encouraging us to make choices and commit to them, whether it’s a life-changing decision or just a simple yes or no. While some of us might make big decisions on a whim, most tend to carefully weigh the pros and cons. So, let’s be bold this year—make 31st December your moment to ‘fish or cut bait’. After all, it’s now or never.
