With passion comes excellence. Lindsey and Curtis Bennett embody this sage wisdom perfectly.

his young couple, who came to Delray Beach from Colorado and Connecticut have become known for their unbridled passion and devotion to a career in real estate.

Some call them the “All Star Team” and others know them as one of the most devoted realtors in the area. They stop at nothing to get clients exactly what they want when they want it.

“If a client is looking for a home or condo in a certain neighborhood and the inventory is not available, we will create it for them,” said Lindsey, the Yin to Curtis’s Yang.
The two work seven days a week and stop at nothing to help clients find their real estate dreamscape (trade secrets prevail here).

“We have a passion for Delray and we don’t mind working seven days a week; we truly love what we do. We are infatuated with our community and love our clients. Their happiness is our happiness; we don’t sleep until our clients are satisfied,” said the Delray Beach locals, who not only live in Delray Beach but enjoy the lifestyle and people person perks.

The good news is that both Lindsey and Curtis do sleep and find some time in between the raindrops of reality to go to the downtown Green Market and other local places to dine, chat and shop.

Both Lindsey and Curtis have been on the fast track in real estate sales since the day they put down stakes. They created “The South Ocean Group” at Coldwell Banker Realty in Delray Beach and have been batting 1000 ever since.  

They are International President’s Elite winners, placing them in the top 2% of the company worldwide.

They also earned the Coldwell Banker Rising Star Award in SE Florida and were named one of the “top 30 Real Estate Agents Under the age of 30.”   

Their ranking in RealTrends – America’s Best Real Estate Ranking Company- rates Lindsey and Curtis in the top one and a half percent out of 1.6 million realtors.

“These accolades represent a lot of hard work, but what is most important to us is our clients’ satisfaction.” 

One reason that this team is so successful – other than the obvious – is their “can do” attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to meet and surpass clients’ needs and expectations. Let’s just say they are customer-centric to the max.

It also has to be efficient and in its ideal time frame. We leave no rock unturned in the marketing of our client’s home, as it’s our job to cause the home to sell.” 

Because Lindsey and Curtis know that many buyers are real estate savvy, they want to shed some light on the current market. The market stats show that (over the last year) single-family home sale prices have increased an average* of 8.8% in Delray Beach.

“Townhomes and condo sale prices have gone up an average* of 21.5%.
