TEAM PROMOTIONS AND NEW MEMBERS
The Amy & Noreen Team at Lang Realty is celebrating growth and momentum this fall with the promotion of a key team member and the addition of new talent to its dynamic group of real estate professionals.
Paige Mercado has been promoted to Director of Business Development, a role that will leverage her expertise in cultivating client relationships, expanding partnerships, and driving innovative strategies for the team’s continued success.
Joining the team as a newly licensed Realtor® is Gimena Dimilta, whose passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals and dedication to personalized service make her an exciting addition to the team.
Also contributing her talents is Kerry Doyle Waite, who is currently in the process of obtaining her real estate license. Kerry’s knowledge of the local community and commitment to excellence will further strengthen the team’s client-focused approach.
Rounding out the team is Namrata Israni, a Realtor® and social media expert who plays a vital role in elevating the team’s digital presence and showcasing listings to a broad, engaged audience.
“We are thrilled to celebrate Paige’s well-deserved promotion and to welcome Gimena, Kerry, and Namrata into these expanded roles,” said Amy Snook and Noreen Payne, Realtors® with Lang Realty. “Our team has always been about collaboration, creativity, and client care, and with this exceptional group, we’re poised for even greater success.”
Together with Amy and Noreen, the Amy & Noreen Team at Lang Realty now brings an even stronger mix of experience, innovation, and local expertise to Boca Raton’s competitive real estate market.
RECOGNITION OF COMMUNITY CONTRIBUTIONS
Lang Realty is proud to announce that two of its own, Jeannine Morris and Noreen Payne, will be recognized among up to 50 outstanding women at the 38th Annual Woman Volunteer of the Year Luncheon and Fashion Show, hosted by the Junior League of Boca Raton. The event will take place Friday, November 21, 2025, at The Boca Raton, located at 501 E. Camino Real.
Each year, the Junior League of Boca Raton celebrates women across Palm Beach and northern Broward counties for their dedication and impact in the nonprofit community. This year, Lang Re-alty’s honorees include:
Jeannine Morris, representing Place of Hope at the Leighan and David Rinker Campus
Noreen Payne, representing Achievement Centers for Children and Families.

“We are incredibly proud of Jeannine and Noreen, not just for their professional accomplishments, but for the selfless way they dedicate their time and talents to the community,” said Scott Agran, President of Lang Realty. “Their commitment to making a difference exemplifies the values we hold dear at Lang Realty.”
“The Achievement Centers for Children and Families hold a special place in my heart,” said Payne. “Being part of an organization that empowers children and strengthens families is truly rewarding. I am grateful to be included in this celebration of women who care deeply about building stronger communities.”
The luncheon will also feature a runway fashion show with proceeds benefiting the Junior League of Boca Raton. The Junior League is an organization of women committed to promoting vol-unteerism, developing the potential of women, and improving the community through effective leadership and service.
For years, Lang Realty has been a proud supporter of more than 46 non-profit organizations, including Boca Helping Hands, Habitat for Humanity, Move for Hunger, and Toys for Tots. With a network of 400+ full-time professional real estate associates and 11 offices spanning Palm Beach and St. Lucie Counties, Lang Realty continues to invest in the communities it serves through fundraising, spon-sorships, and volunteer efforts.
COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT: SCHOOL SUPPLY DRIVE AND TEACHER SUPPORT
Lang Realty, together with Lang Management, once again proved that real estate is about more than houses—it’s about community. Through their annual School Supply Drive and participation in the Education Foundation of Palm Beach County’s Red Apple Supplies Teacher Shopping Day, the companies helped ensure thousands of students across the district are prepared for a successful school year. Throughout the summer, Lang offices throughout Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast collected more than 1,000 new school supplies—ranging from backpacks and notebooks to crayons and glue sticks—for the Education Foundation’s Red Apple Supplies program. These donations directly benefit teachers and students in Title I schools, where resources are often limited.
On Saturday, August 16, Lang team members joined the Education Foundation at Red Apple Supplies in Lake Worth Beach, assisting up to 60 teachers as they “shopped” for classroom essentials. Agents and staff members helped educators navigate the aisles and select much-needed items at no cost, giving teachers the tools to create vibrant and well-equipped classrooms.
“The spirit of community service runs deep at Lang,” said Scott Agran, President of Lang Realty. “Whether through hands-on volunteering or contributions that fuel initiatives like Red Apple Supplies, our agents and staff are committed to ensuring every child starts the school year with confidence.”
“Education is the foundation of every strong community, and we are proud to support the teachers and families who make a difference every day,” added Kevin Carroll, President & CEO of Lang Management. “By providing resources and encouragement, we are helping to create brighter futures for students across Palm Beach County.”
The Education Foundation of Palm Beach County has distributed more than $8 million in free supplies to Title I schools since Red Apple Supplies opened in 2016. Lang’s continued support underscores its long-standing commitment to education and the local community.
