SCOTT KLEINMAN: Real Estate Agent withExpertise and Concierge Service

Word travels fast when someone is good at what they do. It travels even faster when they are known for being supportive, authentic and knowledgeable.

That is the case with Scott Kleinman, a Real Estate agent with Il-lustrated Properties, a Keyes Family Company, in Delray Beach. Kleinman has been a realtor for 20 years and he values his customers, and the properties that align both the coast and the inland of Delray Beach (and beyond).

“It’s two blocks from Atlantic Avenue, two blocks from the beach and there is water all around us. We have a boat dock at Seagate Towers and there are boats going by all the time. It’s so soothing and relaxing that people want to live here. We have Pineapple Grove nearby, the Green Market, Old School Square and many arts and crafts shows.”

Kleinman has a point. There is majesty and magic living on the water and being walking distance from culture, art, fine restaurants and an eclectic mix of people.

But, this natural beauty does not belong to any one person, it is available to anyone with a dream and desire to live near the water. The reason is simply that Kleinman has multiple units available in Seagate Towers right now.
