Achievement Centers for Children & Families (Achievement Centers) has been recognized by Nonprofits First for maintaining continuous accreditation since the organization’s founding in 2005, marking 20 years of commitment to accountability, transparency, and nonprofit best practices.
The recognition was presented as part of Nonprofits First’s 20th anniversary celebration, honoring organizations that have remained continuously accredited since the beginning of the program.
In a letter to Achievement Centers, Nonprofits First President & CEO Trudy Crowetz wrote: “Achieving accreditation for one year is a noteworthy achievement — maintaining it for two decades is exceptional.”
Nonprofits First accreditation recognizes nonprofit organizations that demonstrate strong governance, sound financial oversight, compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and a commitment to operational excellence.
“We are honored to receive this recognition from Nonprofits First,” said Stephanie Seibel, CEO of Achievement Centers for Children & Families. “For 20 years, our organization has maintained this accreditation while continuing a legacy of serving children and families that began in 1969. This recognition reflects the dedication of our board, staff, volunteers, and supporters who advance our mission every day.”
