“My goal has always been to build trust and deliver the level of service that keeps clients coming back for years,” Digges said. “Many of my clients become clients for life.”
Carlos Melgarejo brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across banking, financial operations, and national lending ventures. Throughout his career, he has overseen residential lending activity across the United States, earning a reputation for strategic leadership, operational excellence, and trusted client partnerships.
With deep expertise in private lending, real estate financing, and alternative investments, Carlos focuses on developing tailored financial strategies designed to create long-term value for investors and borrowers alike. His clients benefit from decades of market insight and a commitment to building financial solutions that extend beyond short-term transactions.
After relocating in 2013 from Chicago to Delray Beach while managing a financial services platform, Chris Jensen developed a strategic perspective on capital structure, risk management, and long-term financial planning. A former professional ice hockey player, he brings a team-first mindset and disciplined performance approach to complex lending scenarios.
